Doors Open at 3PM, the drawing starts at 8 PM, and our "Prize Party" begins at 5:30. There will be light refreshments, beverages, entertainment, and socializing!

PLUS we will be selling tickets for our GIFT CARD RAFFLE - 3 Fabulous gift card prizes (Marioot, Amazon and Shop-Rite - drawing at 8 pm 11/14/2024, winner need not be present to win!

*All winning ticket numbers will be shared on our website and winner has until  November 21st, 2024 at midnight to claim prize via email. 

Arrangements will be made for winners to pick up prizes as needed. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline will be revert to the club.

 We regret that we cannot offer refunds on the purchase of Admissions tickets or the purchase of additional tricky tray tickets. All sales final.

First prize called at 8 PM

We will call one basket at time, read out the numbers and post the numbers at the event, on our Facebook page, and on our website.

Prizes may be claimed that night AFTER all prize tickets have been called. If the winner is not present, winners will have until November 21st, 2024  at midnight to claim their prize.

The winning ticket MUST be SHOWN in PERSON in order to claim the prize. Winners not present can arrange for a prize pickup via email. We regret that we cannot ship or deliver prizes. 

In the event a prize is not claimed by the deadline the WCTT has sole discretion over the disposition of any unclaimed prizes.

Please read all descriptions and certificates carefully for restrictions, expiration dates, limitations and other details.

The WCTT is not responsible for any expiration dates, damaged goods, etc.

All prizes are donated and we do not have control over terms and conditions of usage or discrepancies.
